I’ve been telling Stephen for a while for us to start a new project together. I didn’t imagine for him to actually like the idea but here it is. A new blog just for us to showcase our lives together even when we’re so far apart.
The idea for the blog was initially mine a few months ago and the blog hadn’t been brought up again until this past weekend… I’m excited and nervous to start something with someone I love. Even through the nervousness, I feel as though this has been a process that already started since September, the first time we physically met. Please enjoy.
A little bit longer than a week ago I was with Stephen at Ocean Beach in San Francisco. I remember having a few arguments that were really pointless and things weren’t just going the way I wanted them to. This was the second time we took the trip over there which was a bit smoother than the first. Just walking along and listening to him growing in frustration made me giggle inside. Hearing a voice telling us, “Watch out!” and turning to see the tide coming in, us running and hearing me laugh was a memory in the making. I hadn’t made a post about his visit, besides spamming up my Instagram of his face. That was our lovely week filled with fond memories, our anniversary week. It has been three long years in the making but I think we are finally starting to have a nice rhythm in our step.
After being here for a few months I finally went to go see the Painted Ladies. Stephen has visited just last year four times and has never seen them. Like everything touristic I laughed at how hilarious they portrayed these homes on advertisements and in person they were..basically, eh. Nonetheless, we had a good time walking around that day, using our old CityPasses that had been expired for several months to hop on the buses.
Sadly, I am not really loving San Francisco as much as I was when Stephen was here. It’s rather lonely and boring to be by myself. Schoolwork keeps me busy and the drama with a roommate depicts my life currently as a novela. Even with the interesting life I have going for myself I am missing Stephen and Texas. I’d like to have some Razzoo’s and am craving the food since yesterday. Can’t wait to go again.
It was raining in Hayward like crazy all day yesterday and last night. School has been going good so far and other stuff have calmed down. Went to Austin this past weekend to see Stephen and it was the best time in this past month. We went to the outlets, the city, Cheddar’s, and Razzoo’s. I’ll update later this week or weekend, adios!
Back from Austin, Texas. I’m currently in Salt Lake City Airport waiting for my flight back to San Francisco. I’d like to see Stephen everyday, rather than once a month or so.
Sigh. I miss you so much. Was crying when the flight took off.
